Nepal has many adventures as like white water river rafting, Bungy Jump, Paragling, Mountain flights and more, A country which has the varieties of the best scenic beauty as good as in any other part of the world.

Rafting: Nepal is a river runner paradise, With warm rivers, a semitropical climate, impressive geography, exotic cultures rafting in Nepal is an experience not to be missed. The rivers are of different types from grade 1 (easy moving water) to Grade 6 (virtually unbearable). The most of the rivers running through this terrain in our country are north to south. Some of the best rivers are Trishuli, Sunkoshi, Seti, Bheri, Karnali, Bhotekoshi & Kaligandaki. Many of these rivers are formed from the glaciers of the highest mountains in the world. When selecting rivers, beside the money and time aspect it is important to consider safety as a top priority.

Mt. Flight: For Nepalese these mountains are the sacred abode of the gods but they also continue to captivate millions around the world due to their sheer majesty and beauty; tempting thousands to attempt at conquering its peaks. Those who actually reach the Himalaya will tell you that the experience can indeed be very humbling. See the Himalaya from up close; For those who are restricted by time or other considerations from going trekking, there are mountain flights that offer a panoramic encounter with the highest peaks on earth.

Bungy Jump: The sport has finally found a natural home in the highest mountain range in the world. The ultimate thrill of a bungy jump can now be experienced in Nepal at perhaps the best site in the world.

Jungle safari:
For those who wish to experience the natural environment at its best there is no better place to visit than Nepal. The outdoor adventure sports into the wilderness to see wild animals, birds and natural beauty. You ride on an elephant's back or on a four wheeler jeep accompanied by a fully trained guide (also known as expert Naturalists) for the love of nature and animals.

Paragliding is perhaps the most rewarding of short duration adventure sports given the fact that there’s nothing between you and the scenery unfolding before you. This sport comes closest to flying like a bird as you share airspace with vultures, eagles, kites and other birds as you glide over Pokhara valley.
