Traveling by overland from Kathmandu in Nepal to Mt. Kailash, which lies in the Southwestern part of Tibet, is an incredible 13-day journey, an epic pilgrimage that is expeditionary in nature. This is for those who want to experience the majestic beauty of Kailash but is limited by time. The trip begins by drive from Kathmandu to the Tibetan border at Keirung. After our stay in Keirung, we drive to the Lake Manasarovar across widely spread open spaces of the Tibetan Plateau known as ‘ roof of the world’. It is undoubtedly the toughest and most rewarding of all such journeys known to man. En route you can see the world’s highest mountains, travel on the world’s highest plains, meet nomadic Tibetan pilgrims and walk amidst burning butter lamps and chanting monks of Tibet’s ancient and legendary Buddhist monasteries. Rivers and streams are crossed and re-crossed, treacherous passes are climbed and conquered. The numbing cold at night, the fierce sun during the day, the bitter winds, the looming solitude and the everlasting dust are constant companions.
Then we make our most attractive Kora trip to Mt. Kailash and follow the track across huge dry plains for Nepalese border lies to the south. Finally, we take the trip back to Kathmandu.

Itinerary
Day 1
Arrived in Kathmandu Airport, Pick up & our representative will meet at the airport and transfer to the Hotel, Evening free time, dinner, overnight stay in Katmandu.
Day 2
AM Breakfast, After breakfast proceed for Kathmandu city sightseeing places to visit Pashupatinath, Guheswori Temple, Boudhanath, Budanikantha; after lunch briefing for Kailash tour, evening free time, dinner & overnight.
Day 3
After breakfast proceed to drive to Rasuwagadi/Timure, on the way Lunch in Local Restaurant, continue to Rasuwagadi, Arrive & check in Hotel, Dinner & overnight.
Day 4
After breakfast proceed to immigration and customs formalities on both sides Nepal & China. Check in Hotel, Lunch, evening free time, Dinner, Overnight.
Day 5
AM breakfast, drive to Sanga with view of Mahim-La Pass, Shishapangma views & Brahmaputra River, on the way pack lunch, continue drive to Saga, arrive & check in Hotel, Dinner & overnight.
Day 6
Full day acclimatization at Saga; walk around walk around Brahmaputra River, afternoon Lunch, full day rest, Evening Dinner & overnight.
Day 7
After early breakfast drive to Manasarovar , arrive & check in Hotel, after short preparation proceed for holy bath & Puja, Free time for individual program, evening Dinner & overnight..
Day 8
After breakfast proceed for Manasarovar parikrama then drive to Darchen, Arrive and check in hotel, Lunch, till evening individual activities, Dinner, Overnight
Day 9
After breakfast drive to Tarboche 10 Km/ 15-20 min. Then Walk to Dirapuk (start the Parikrama by trek) -12 Km/ 5-6 hrs., arrive and check in Guest house, dinner & overnight.
Day 10
After early breakfast walk to Zutulpuk crossing the Dolma La Pass (5600m), This 2nd of Parikrama most challenging day, should walk more than 8 hrs.
Day 11
After early breakfast walk to Zongdau -8 Km /2 hrs. Then Pick up & drive to Darchen -10 km/ 15min, After breakfast drive to Saga, Check in Hotel, evening Dinner & overnight
Day 12
After breakfast drive back to Kerung on the way provide pack lunch, arrive Kerung, Check in Hotel, Dinner & Overnight.
Day 13
After Breakfast drive back to Kathmandu after cleared Chinese & Nepal immigration formality, arrive Kathmandu, Check in Hotel, Dinner & Overnight.
Day 14
AM breakfast, check out hotel, Departure to your onward destination fly to your destination or next Destination.
